All prices displayed are in euros (EUR) and include VAT but not delivery costs.

PLR must receive full payment of the ordered goods before your order can be processed and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received by PLR and the goods have been dispatched to you from our distribution centre we will send an email confirmation to the address that you provided on your registration form.

So that you can follow your command, you will first get an e.mail confirming its registration (current treatment) and another specifying its mailing by tracking Colissimo (delivered).

We will also provide you with a reference number to enable you to trace your order.

Dispatches :

Please note that we have limited stocks for each product available online.

Orders are usually dispatched three working days after the order has been received. We insure your delivery within 21 days.

Please note that you can group several items together into a single delivery.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday.

Customs charges :

In principle there are no import duties for European Union Member States but it is your responsibility to check any legal aspect of the trade with your local authorities.

By placing an order you agree that PLR cannot be held liable for additional charges in relation to customs clearance.

All products are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard. However, we make every effort to ensure that all items advertised are currently in stock.

If we are unable to satisfy your order from current stock we will inform you by email. You will be offered the choice of cancelling your order or waiting for delivery. 

N.B : The present contract is made and established under the French Law. By convenience, a translation regarding the deliveries has been made in English. In case of litigations only the Terms and conditions applied in French on this website and the French Law would prevail.
