What means PLR ? 

PLR are the initials of the name of Patrick Le Rolland, former Ecuyer of the Cadre Noir of Saumur, international Champion of Dressage, former trainer of the Dressage French national team, private Equestrian coach and great Horseman.

What is the origin of PLR ? 

PLR is a new French Equestrian clothing and accessories brand - 100% Made in France.

Founded by Thomas Le Rolland, PLR is a family business, whose adventure began at the end of 2007.

Who can wear PLR riding clothing line ? 

PLR wishes to provide to women or men horse riders an alternative quality clothing that combines elegance, comfort, tradition and innovation !

PLR riding clothing line suits perfectly to the enthusiasts avid of Dressage and Jumping in search of a new Style.

Are PLR jackets allowed in horse riding competitions ? 

Yes, the PLR jackets are allowed in official competitions and can cover all fields of Equestrian competitions.

The PLR riding jackets go also as well in competitions of : Show jumping, Hunter, Three-day event or Dressage.

For the competitions of Dressage, from the Saint George level, Frack (or jacket with tail of magpie) becomes compulsory.

How to place an order ? 

To place an order on www.patricklerolland.com, you must first register on our site by by giving the informations needed on the page "My Account".

If you have already filled your basket with PLR riding clothing and accessories, this application will be the first step of your order confirmation.

The second step will display the summary of your order with the shipping cost and VAT (VAT excluded according to your country).

The next step will be made on the website of the bank Credit Agricole Ile de France, which asks for your credit card information.

This page is secure (SSL, HTTPS page) and the information entered in this step are not known (and a fortiori not retained) by PLR.

Once the payment has been made, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail from member-services@patricklerolland.com.

Are my online purchases made with my credit card secured ? 

In order to secure your online purchases, www.patricklerolland.com uses the online payment solution « E-transactions »,  for MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

With this system, your payment by card is made directly on the secure server of Credit Agricole on our behalf.

The exchanges are encrypted and secured using SSL 3 protocol (Secure Socket Layer) on the Internet ; protocol has become a global standard and is supported by major browsers.

At no time will your credit card number only known to us.

To increase the level of security, our web site adheres to 3D Secure ; a program to secure additional payments online, « Verified By Visa » and « Mastercard Secure Code ».

What happens next ? 

So you can track your order, you receive an e-mail from member-services@patricklerolland.com, confirming his registration "processing in progress" and another stating his support by La Poste Colissimo "Delivered".

How much do I have to pay for the delivery ? 

On www.patricklerolland.com delivery charges are fixed regardless of the weight and volume of your purchases !

For example :

- For any sending to Mainland France = 8.00 €

- For any sending to the E.U, Switzerland and Norway = 16.00 €

- For any sending to the United States and Canada = 23 €

- For any sending to the African countries (except Maghreb) and Middle East = 23 €

What are the delivery times ? 

After confirming the order, www.patricklerolland.com undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all items ordered by the purchaser, within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 working days), depending on stock available.

PLR riding clothing and accessories purchased on our website are delivered in mainland France by La Poste Colissimo, with tracking and with signature for delivery, in 48 hours (2 working days).

Depending on the destination, time to International are included, between 3 to 6 days (working).

I live abroad, is it possible to order on your site and be delivered ? 

Deliveries inside the E.U and Overseas are made by La Poste, in Colissimo International, with tracking and with signature for delivery.

Deliveries outside the E.U are made by local postal services, in Colissimo International, with signature for delivery. According to the destination, parcel's tracking can be included. 

Depending on destination, delivery time to International vary from 3 to 6 days (working).

How to exchange a PLR product ? 

According to the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven working days from the date of receipt of your order to return the PLR item(s) and request an exchange.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by email to member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of the PLR products.

www.patricklerolland.com ensures you the exchange of PLR riding clothing or accessories with the same item, in a different size, within the limit of available stocks, provided that the article itself has been restored in its new condition and packaging of origin, without undergoing any degradation or transformation, and without having been worn.

Attention : for an exchange, the initial and return shipping costs stay at your expense.

Is it possible to cancel my order ? 

As consumer, you have a period of 7 (working) days, after reception of your command, to return us a PLR horse riding clothing or accessory which would not be convenient for you.

You do not have to look of explanations. The product must have returned to us intact and in its original packing.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported by email to member-services@patricklerolland.com before the return of the PLR products.

You have to send your parcel on returning to the following address : Société PLR - Service SAV - 5 rue Guy de Maupassant - 92500 Rueil-Malmaison - France.

You will then be paid off by re-credit of your credit card or either by check.

Postal charges due to your initial order will be paid off to you on the basis of the cost of the option of fast delivery.

The expenses of return stay at your expense except when the delivered product is not in accordance or is damaged during the initial delivery.

The PLR item stays under your responsibility until return in our premises.

We thus recommend you to return it by using the option Colissimo, with tracking and against signature.

What do you do with my personal data ? 

Information about payment cards are only entered on the site of Crédit Agricole Ile de France and we have thus never access there.

Regarding the other data (name, address, orders ...), it is stored on a secure server.

We will never disclose it to third party.

To do so, PLR has made a statement declaration with the CNIL (National Commission of the Computing and the Liberties) under the reference 1302954.

Why can I not login ? 

Several reasons may explain this.

First, ensure your username and password are correct.

If they are, contact the administrator to verify that you have not been banned.

It is also possible the website owner has a configuration error on their end, and that he needs to correct it.

I lost my password ! 

Do not panic !

While your password can not be retrieved, it can be reset.

For this, go to the login page and click "I've forgotten my password".

Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again.
